Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering, or conducting transactions on BDMECH ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations in Bangladesh, and any transaction-specific digital agreements entered into through BDMECH.
2. Marketplace Roles & Representation
BDMECH acts as a specialized marketplace platform connecting Equipment Owners, Dealers, Contractors, Machine Operators, and Logistics Providers. Users warrant that all equipment specifications, hours, ownership deeds, and condition disclosures submitted to the platform are accurate and truthful.
3. Rental Bookings & Security Deposits
Rental engagements require execution of a digital Handover Protocol (Check-In) and Return Protocol (Check-Out). Security deposits are held in platform escrow and refunded or deducted pursuant to the final mutually confirmed condition inspection.
4. Commission & Payment Processing
BDMECH charges transparent platform service commissions on completed commercial transactions. All financial settlements are conducted through verified commercial invoices and receipts with strict ledger isolation.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
