Refund & Cancellation Policy
Clear guidelines on security deposit returns, early termination, and cancellation fees.
1. Security Deposit Returns
Security deposits paid on equipment rentals are released back to the renter within 3-5 business days following mutual completion and sign-off of the digital Return Check-Out Inspection Report, provided there are no unresolved damage claims or outstanding hire charges.
2. Rental Booking Cancellation
Cancellations requested before equipment mobilization commences are eligible for full deposit refund minus standard administrative processing fees. If mobilization transport has already departed, mobilization logistics costs are non-refundable.
3. Platform Service Fees
Platform subscription fees and promotion credits are non-refundable once activated.
